Meet the Speaker: Mutie Sughayar, Senior Performance Manager at VINCUE
Closing out the Inventory Optimization track is Mutie Sughayar, joining Rob Fleming to present Using Inventory Activity to Manage Higher Gross & Turn. This session will zero in on how dealers can harness activity data to make smarter decisions—whether that’s tracking ROI, measuring results, proactively re-engaging with customers, or analyzing lead, VDP, and ACE activity to drive higher performance.
Though new to the VINCUE team, Mutie is no stranger to the grind of retail automotive. With more than 15 years of experience working directly in dealerships and supporting stores on legacy platforms, he brings both the operational knowledge of running a dealership and the broader perspective of performance management. That combination makes him uniquely equipped to help dealers turn raw activity data into actionable strategies.
In this session, Mutie will highlight how dealers can balance proactivity with reactivity, knowing when to lean in on opportunities and when to refine processes for greater efficiency. His insights will give attendees a roadmap for not only improving gross but also keeping inventory turns moving at the speed of the market.
