Meet the Speaker: Mark Ludwig, Director of Performance Management at VINCUE
Mark Ludwig is the Director of Performance Management at VINCUE, where he’s spent the last two years helping dealers sharpen their strategies and maximize results. Before joining VINCUE, Mark built his career from the ground up, starting as a Sales Manager, advancing to General Manager, and later serving as a Performance Manager for vAuto. That career path gives him credibility and perspective that dealers know and respect.
At UNLEASHED25, Mark will kick off the session Acquisition Strategy: What’s Your Plan of Attack? by framing the critical questions every dealer should be asking about sourcing vehicles in 2025. From trade-ins and service drive to auctions and private party, he’ll set the stage for building a well-rounded acquisition plan that drives inventory success.
