Royce Neubauer is the founder and CEO of SFL and Auto Hauler Exchange (AHX), leading the growth of both companies from startup to industry innovators. Since founding SFL in 2011, he has built it into an international logistics and supply chain solutions provider, serving some of the world’s largest shippers and retailers. Drawing on his experience bootstrapping a service-oriented business, Royce leveraged technology to create AHX, a first-of-its-kind B2B marketplace that connects vehicle haulers directly with vehicle shippers, maximizing efficiency and minimizing empty miles. Throughout his career, Royce has been dedicated to building partnerships, fostering talent, and creating opportunities for young professionals to grow and thrive.
