Meet the Speaker: Jamie Longwell, Vice President of Performance Management, VINCUE
Jamie is an experienced automotive leader with 29 years in the industry, including Finance and Insurance, Inventory Management, and Strategic Partnerships. For the past decade, he has served as a Performance Manager, helping dealers across the country optimize their inventory, boost performance, and achieve measurable results.
Known for his hands-on approach and deep understanding of dealership operations, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge that spans both the strategic and tactical sides of automotive management. He’s passionate about helping teams turn data into actionable insights and making complex processes simpler and more effective.
At UNLEASHED25, Jamie will be moderating and judging table activities, including the infamous Best New Feature Challenge on Days 1 and 2. Attendees can expect to learn from his real-world experience, ask questions, and see firsthand how performance management strategies translate into faster, smarter, and more profitable decisions.
