Meet the Speaker: Dan Spry, Senior Performance Manager at VINCUE
Continuing our Inventory Optimization track, Dan Spry will take the stage alongside Tom Sabo to present Highest Authentic Value for Every Vehicle. This session will focus on helping dealers uncover and present the true value of their inventory, ensuring every vehicle is positioned to win in a competitive market.
Dan brings a unique perspective shaped by his heavily corporate background in automotive. He spent nearly 15 years with the nationally recognized CarMax, where he gained firsthand insight into large-scale retail operations, pricing strategies, and inventory management at one of the industry’s most influential companies. That experience has given him a strong foundation in balancing operational efficiency with customer expectations.
Since joining VINCUE in 2022, Dan has been using that expertise to guide dealers toward strategies that maximize vehicle value, improve customer trust, and ultimately boost profitability. In this session, he’ll draw on his CarMax background and VINCUE tools to help dealers rethink how they appraise, price, and present inventory in a way that feels both authentic and competitive.
With Dan and Tom leading the conversation, dealers can expect practical, real-world insights into how to bring out the highest authentic value in every vehicle on the lot.
