Meet the Speaker: Rob Fleming, Senior Performance Manager at VINCUE
Joining Mutie Sughayar in the final session of the Inventory Optimization track, Using Inventory Activity to Manage Higher Gross & Turn, is Rob Fleming, Senior Performance Manager at VINCUE. Together, they’ll show dealers how to leverage activity data to drive results, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
Rob began his career in retail automotive, working his way up through dealership roles before moving into performance management. For the last eight years, he supported dealers on a legacy platform, where he developed a reputation for helping stores tighten operations and sharpen their inventory strategies.
Now fresh to the VINCUE team, Rob brings that same hands-on experience and platform expertise, paired with a fresh, unbiased perspective. His approach centers on equipping dealers with practical, real-world strategies that not only improve gross but also ensure inventory is turning at the right pace to stay competitive in any market.
